The Lore

Honey held a special significance among the Norse people. Legend said that the world tree Yggdrasil dripped honey instead of sap. Possibly even more importantly, honey was the main ingredient in mead! In fact, the word "honeymoon" is derived from the tradition of giving newlyweds a month's supply of mead, which was believed to be an aphrodisiac.

We can't guarantee whether this gently exfoliating soap will improve your love life, but you will definitely fall in love with its intoxicating scent and cute honeycomb detailing.

The Lather

We combine olive oil, coconut oil, and castor seed oil to produce a rich, creamy lather. To give Honey Moon its warm, comforting scent, we formulate it with phthalate-free fragrance oil and essential oil. It effectively cleanses while preserving the skin's natural oils, making it ideal for sensitive skin and safe for kids.

• Honey: Our honey comes from the nectar of Tupelo trees from a small family farm in Florida's Everglades, which is the next best thing to getting it directly from Yggdrasil's branches. Tupelo honey, known for its unique aroma, is also rich in antioxidants and nutrients beneficial for skin health. We use pure, unprocessed honey in Honey Moon to retain all its natural properties, enhancing its moisturizing benefits.
• Ground oats, an excellent natural exfoliant. These oats, finely powdered, gently exfoliate the skin during use, making it an ideal choice for children's delicate skin as well.

Made in small batches. Every batch varies in appearance, but each bar is approximately 5.5 oz. Our soaps last the average person 4-8 weeks, depending on use and storage.
